Emoticons not working

Our forum is experiencing a problem with emoticons today whereby some users can use them and others cant, including myself. This has only started today and I have looked in our ACP and all seems fine, have logged out and back, cleaned out cookies to no avail. Our users are using Firefox or IE.

Could someone please offer some advice or explanation why this has suddenly started to happen.

Its a Forumotion technical issue which can only be fixed by a technician. Its not only your forum so please be patient.

We have also noticed the quote function is not working either today.

But helps to know its not just our forum.
