Despite what they say above, you are sane Wink I see exactly what you mean, I am using Google Chrome. It's probably ad blocking from the browser. You are allowed to turn the ads off inside the forum you know, try that.

adverts Hello

Unfortunately, I do not get the adds that you receive, however that is because I have disabled all adds though an add block addon with FireFox.

As far as the problem goes you can disable them by going to: Admin panel >> Display ( Tab ) >> Configuration ( First one ) >> Adds = Guest & No > Save.

Other than that there is no other way to remove them, as paying for their removal of them will be a wast as the company has disabled the adds for a while, and it appears that the text adds are back which are controlled via the adds control is the location above.

I think perhaps you might have misunderstood darren1. There are no ads, there are missing words on his forum, the ads can only be found by hovering.

I am wondering, why is he getting ads anyway when they are supposedly disabled for a while. adverts Question
Don't worry Tull, I understand you when no one else does. adverts Highfive

That's the thing, the words can be detected as advertisements and adds stuck onto the words. Wink

That's the one darren1, but two questions, why is he getting these ads & also I go on other forums that use this style of advertising with Chrome & this doesn't happen.

In all honesty I have as vague clue as you; I don't have the slightest idea why it's just him & his forum.
