Solved Our avatars and some smilies are not showing up

The members' avatars and some of the smilies on our forum are not showing up, they appear as little white boxes with a red X in the top left corner of the little white box.
How can we fix this?

You need to upload them cause Forumotion added what they can from the other serves to the new ones and some stuff can't be found.
