Need help with Founder Status!

We was wondering if you could help us? Our group founder gave me and another lady control of her forum as she no longer wanted it. Our problem is since we are not the "founder" we can't access certain things. We have asked her continually for the information to switch us over to be the founder and I honestly think she don't have the correct information to get it changed. She "claims" that she emailed for the information, but its been days now and nothing back from her? Can you please help me and Blaze gain access to the information we need. Our forum link is:

I've tried that Mr Mario; and I never got a response from Typlo.

Resend it cause he doesn't get to all the messages in one day. If its send on the weekends he doesn't reply since he doesn't work those days.
