Solved Adding more tags like "Solved"

Can i add more tags when user is posting new thread like "preview" or something?
And how to add pictures to tags (like solved button here on Forumotion) ?

Admin Panel >> Display Tab >> Pic Management >> Advanced Mode >> Topic Icons >> click on create >> Fill out the info make sure that when you add a picture you have the Adding more tags like "Solved" tags
