Search button not working on forum

I had another thread about this but since my Topic Being Watched button here doesn´t work (opened a thread about that aswell but I didn´t get help to fix it) I have to open another thread about the search button.

Basically the search button doesn´t work. Is there a way I can fix it myself somehow?
We have certain type of threads in my forum where we have certain words in the title meaning there are plenty of topics with plenty of words in their titles, but when you type any of the words in the search bar, it says no matches found.

Did you even try the advanced search?

Yes I did. And it doesn´t work properly.
I only got two answers when there´s tens of threads with this one word in the title.

I too sometimes don't really find threads on the support forum with the search function, but i am not sure what kinda solution i can provide you.

Is the search button based on language or anything that is written on the forum?

I am not 100% sure, but it could be based on the language. The content matters as well.

Can I read more about it somewhere? Can it be modified at all? Or it´s just the way it is now?

I have a lot of threads that start with VHH. And it would be really handy to find them all in the search but I can´t. There´s at least one VHH topic in every category. Confused
