Chatbox problem Empty Chatbox problem

Hi, on my forum, for some of the users, when a message is posted in the Chat Box it will glitch and send them upwards so that they have to scroll down to view the message. I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this problem...

This is a glitch in the system. Clear your cache sometime works.
