Can I on my my forum to put.When some guset want to registrate,that he can choose between two languages

It is possible to change the forumlanguage with the admin controlpanel. (basically everything the forum displays, like text and some of the buttons. However this doesn't work for the posts content.)
Admincontrollpanel> General> configuration.

It is also possible to change the forumlanguage in the profile page
Navigation bar (located on top of the page)> Preferences

I do not know if forummotion provides an option to change the default registry requirements. (most likely not)
