Custom Banned Screen

I had this idea yesterday. What if you can customize your banned screen?

When you get banned, it looks like this:



Do you think that kind of looks...boring? Can we have the option of customizing your banned screen. Yes I know, the member is banned, what does it matter. Well we can't really explain in that much detail why the member was banned.

We could have these options:

[BANNED BANNER IMAGE]

Hello User, you have been banned from The Forum for the following:

Reason:
Ban Given:
Ban Length:
Ban Expires:
Moderator Comments:
(You can also add additional fields to if you would like)

Enjoy your ban.

That is what my idea of being banned would look like with a custom ban screen

It would also kind of look like this:


You can also have the option of having random banner images, like if you refresh the page, a different banner will pop up.

What if you disabled a member to post in a certain forum? Send Private Messages? Send Attachments? Edit there profile?

You could just leave that notification up if, let's say members are spamming in PM's, and you just want to ban them from sending PM's. When they will go to the PM field, the ban notification will pop up alerting the member that they have been banned from sending PM's.

That is just my idea.

Thanks, hopefully this idea will get enough votes to be made. Because it is hard for suggestions to be made unless a bunch of people vote yes for it.

I like this suggestion, as well. Members don't really know how long they are banned because of the one that we have now, so at the very least a field could be added that tells them how long, and for what reason. lmao "Enjoy your ban."

I sort of like this, yes for some people having the abillity to customise the banned screen is good, but for some people who are not as confident or don't want to have the trouble of making it, it might put them off. If it was so that you could have a choice on weather you want to change it or not then i would love this idea. I voted yes anyway

This has nothing to do with "staff solving a problem"...

The only thing that changes is the image, and when a user got banned, I don´t think he/she matter a simple image...

The rest of information already shows, because you can write a reason for ban that user (that will be showed to the user), and the duration will appear too.

So actual banned system is fine...

Some people need an image for a good reason to show what they did by a screenshot. It's not a funny image or anything

Serves no purpose IMO. I can think of many other things needing change or addition(s) that has precedence over this.
