I have searched and read the answers about Groups> security>

and such, I don't see any boxes to toggle. Can someone walk me through it from the beginning?

I am trying to appoint moderators, I searched through the answers but still can't seem to do it.

When I go to Users>Click user>permissions>

All I see is the choice "User" or "Administrator" i don't see moderator.
