Posting Videos?

My members are trying to post videos but it's telling them they have to wait 7 days how can i change that, I been looking everywhere to fix it thanks.

Ask a member to post a screenshot of the error.

Users that are new, will not be able to post links for 7 days. The feature was turned on by default. You can change it.
