update problem

I know it is not the right place to post this kind of issue but i dont know how to solve the problem i m facing.
The thing is that i am having problem is i formatted my laptop with lastxp v.22 and then i installed modem of EV-Do that is all i did after formatting nothing else.(no other program installed). When i connected to the internet via EV-Do i m observing my pc receiving data with unlimited in MByte, even i havent open my browser (IE v.. Please help me to save my money with out spending on rabish updates. Bytheway i turned of my updates but still it is downloading when i connect my EVDo.

So what are you asking?
Are you saying you are having connections problems getting to your forum,
Or is this something you have to fix on your laptop to connect to the internet?
If thats the case then we dont do that support here for computers/laptops
Try calling the maker of your laptop or search for computer tech forums.

I mean sure if it's something we can help with to get you connected to your forum then we will, but you are getting out there in details in things we do not do support for. This is forumotion forum support only

So dunno try explaining again.
