I have a few questions

Hopefully these questions are not repeated. I couldn't find any answer nor anything related to it. I currently switched to "Punbb" format for my forum and it's still very taxing for the Mobile Users. Is there any other format that will reduce the load time for the page? I already put low resolution images for the front page.

Also I want to know if I can add the Instant messaging feature where users can see a pop-up Instant messaging (not Inbox or PM). If it's an HTML or CSS, I do need step-by-step instructions in order to follow through carefully.

I do NEED all the help that I can get in order for my website/forum to be more efficient while it the design is simple.

For first problem, you can't.

For second, you can do something to show a pop-up alert when you recieve a new private message. Go to Profile => Preferences => Display a pop-up window for new private messages : Yes.

Aye! Thank you. I thought so. The members were actually asking me from another website that there should be a IM instead of inboxes. But that actually helps a bit with the Pop-up Alert.
