how to let users change thier picture ?

when looking at profile of user there is no place to upload / change user picture ? how can it be enabled ?

ForuMotion forums do not have a profile picture feature, but does have an avatar feature.

To change the avatar, the member needs to go here:
Profile > Avatar

So there is no Avatar tab in your profile on your forum, not in the administration panel?
