How do you add a report option/button(not sure what word to use) so that a member can report another member that is in the chat?

Well unless someone provides the codes, I ain't sure.

However you could try the FM chat that has a report feature of when you type /report it sends chat records to a chosen person.

From there you could read them and then deal with the outcome
