Notify PM message -SOLVED

hi everybody..

a member in my forum has this strange problem...

when she is receiving a pm insted of the pop up window she gets a sound like klik ... in the past 2 days..

any ideas why.... i told her to go iexlorer tools -> popup blocker but no luck

she will have her popup blocker on, thats the noise it makes when blocking a pop up. If she doesnt want pop ups, tell her to go to her profile and into preferences and set notify this:

Pop up window on new Private Message :
Some templates may open a new window to inform you when new private messages arrive. Notice : Make sure your browser’s popup blocker doesn’t block popups of this site.

if she is wanting it to appear as a pop up, set it to yes, and she will need to allow popups from your site. When she gets the click noise, does she get a warning message or see a yellow bar at the top of the forum? if she right clicks she should be able to allow all popups from your site.
