How do i make where you go on my forum and you have to login or register?

Do you mean that before you can see the forum, you have to log-in/register?
If so, then you have to uncheck the boxes for guests in all the forums:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.

I meant,if you type in my forum url,as soon as the page loads,it takes you to the login page.
