I searched and found several threads with this issue. I have the images set to resize at 600pixels wide. They are not resizing.

Also, a friend said the entire site is not resizing properly for him. He has to scroll side to side.

As I see on the link your resizer is working normaly.

Is it only not working when you are logged in?

If that's the problem than you installed some JS that is not working correctly on your forum and it's blocking your resizer. Uninstall anything you added lately.
