trying to put an interactive map on the forum

I have create an interactive map with Adobe Flash Catalyst CS5.5, manage to connect everything etc. and now I'm facing a big problem - I can't put it on forum.
I'll gladly tell you anything you need to know for helping me just let me know it.

Would it work in an I-frame?

Nope it's not working - the main problem is actually that inside the map are smaller pictures/buttons that lead to next pictures that have even more smaller pictures/buttons inside ... so I'm kind of looking for a much easier way to put this online because I don't have time to put everyting online and then in html -.-

Upload the saved SWF file to a SWF host site eg Photobucket etc;

Then using the code provided make a flash widget or use the topic msg editor to embed the flash object in a topic message.

It all depends on where you want to place this object on your forum/blog

hmm i have manage to do something with that in forum widgets but now I'm facing another problem - swf files can't be uploaded to photobucket xP and aint gonna pay for that as they want I did try a bounce of sites so far but nothing is working right -.-'
