about footer link

I have add in two footer link, but it is not show in the forum, can i know why?

how did you add them?
I am not sure how you would add your own for phpb33?

Administration Panel > Modules > Footer Links ?

yes i did add linker is here "Administration Panel > Modules > Footer Links", but i cannot see any link come out
