Forum Warnings Empty Forum Warnings

I got a question, I got a forum through forumotion, and I was wondering, is there a thing on the admin panel that can give the registered users warnings like if they break rules? like a warning letter, or something, like to PM them and to warn them? If so can someone please tell me where to find it?
