new post button add on in navi bar

hey there how do i instal a new post button in my navigation bar uptop here is how it looks like now and just want to add the button at the end of the other bleu buttons thanks

Then you can add a customized menu And have it customized to where you want it to be redirected when the created navigation bar is created.
