Hello can I just ask.. how can I make one these in my own forums???.. I want to make one so when do something in my forums lock it accept applications or something.. I can use ones like these so they see these as a notification...

please help me???...

I want to make stuff like these with different icons.

like a padlock icon for when locking threads...
then like these check icon for accepting applications...

I want to do one for my own... please tell me..
