I have already removed "free forum" from the title and changed the description..but google has remained the same, anyways i can remove it from google?

Administration Panel > General > Forum Promotion > Search Engines
Remove it from the title.

I've changed the title and description from the pathway you have given already, but the changes arent made when I use a search engine
