Author, page number and topic icon problems PHPBB2

1. Can I put the page numbers UNDER the 'Preview'? (See screenshot above, sorry for the typo)
2. Can I put the author's name under the topic title then remove the 'Author' Column?
3. And how to remove the topic icon column?

Is this the way the theme was created, or did you add some code for it?

Yap, that's the way theme was created. I only added the codes to preview topics.
