I was wondering how you make the buttons glow when your mouse scrolls over them on the navbar. Mine just stay solid, and I don't like that, so I was wondering if there was some specific code you've got to use...

I'm really sorry about this, but I put the HTML color I got from my photo editing software - that didn't work. Then I tried red...Didn't work either..Could you, by any chance give me a blood-red HTML color and I'll try that?
