Hiding Content ( Reply to See ) / Password Protecting a Forum

I would like to know how to add a password to my form / add reply to see hidden content to my forum dosn't do what i need it to i already have my forum set to hide stuff from guest but i want my member to have to reply to topics posted to see links and can anyone explain this better

For the first question.
Forumotion dose not have an option to pass protect forums or categories at this time.
All you can do is set the permissions for what groups you would like to have access and permissions they have for the forums, group.

For question 2.

all you can do for this is use hide tags.

As soon as a member replies they will be able to see whats in the the tags.

It's supposed to be placed in a box like that, to show that it's hidden within the hide tags, only the poster can see it, the others won't be able to unless they post their reply.

can anyone explain this better please the farthest i got was to enter the password but if you enter it right it did nothing if it was wrong it went to the page i was trying to hide
