Re: How to see Users IP?
Hi you can only see the ip address in 3 ways and that is if the member had made a post on your forum or is online at the time your online.
Place to see the ip address is as follows:
1,On your ACP main page, (Member must be online)
2,Clicking on the IP address button on any post made by that member.
3,Clicking on the who is online Icon (Only if the member is online)
If you don't have a IP address button on your posts then you need to go to your ACP and see if your button is in your settings.
This can be done by going to ACP >
Display Tab >>
Pictures and Colors >>
Pics management >>
Advanced Mode >>
Buttons tab >>
Look down the list to see if you have the button for find IP in there if you don't you need to add one.
Hope that helps

Re: How to see Users IP?
If you click on the IP Button it will bring up a page with all the members that have posted with that same ip address in there profile ip page if it comes up with only one name in that list then that member has only made one account..if it comes up with more then one Ip address in the list don't worry it's a rolling IP address and is not a problem. if it comes up with say 2 or 3 names then they have more then one account.Sewer wrote:Wait, how do I look to see if that user has more than 1 account?
EDIT:
I will note that if you have more then one account your best to ask the member if they have other family members also on your forum as this can help you not ban some one you don't want to ban or remove from your forum.
This can be done by sending a pm or Email
