Question about owners and pms

on the fourm i own can i See all private message sent to other members?

You can see private messages sent by you to others.

However you cannot see the private messages sent by other members to other members.

ok so how am i suppose to know when a member breaks a Rule VIA PM's???
Would I have to change their password and check it my self then??? I mean how does This site know if we sends Ad's VIA PM? Do they just Trust the people reporting the spam enough to believe them??

You can tell your members to take screenshots of the offenses committed and have them send the screenshots to you

I have a problem, but I could not found the best forum topic, where I can write my question. So, the question: what can I do, when another site stole my design, pictures, baner, etc? Can I do something?

Its clearly stated that allowing the admin to read PMs is not going to come to Forumotion.

But Ultron's Vision i like that idea the only issue i see with that is that the person could use inspect element feature on most browser and edit the text context of the message and then take the picture but i guess this is where turst of the members comes in to play. Now theres no log thats created when a PM is sent.
