Well I use any anti-virus software so I would not know. I took a look at those links you posted. The first one you posted-Sucuri,I have never heard of,though I know Norton security. I would not take any notice of those scanners as your site is a Forumotion forum. So it is a perfectly safe site. I have been on your site and no warnings came up.

Well I have been onto your site in both Firefox and Google Chrome browsers and I am not getting any warnings at all. Maybe you should uninstall those two anti-virus programs. As some such as Norton,AVG etc, block sites for no reason.

i had that domain for early 6 years now i dont want to change it but it look like the spammer is going use alll forumotion domain is be pointless change it

the tech really need to look at this.


also did a really need to be warned my year and years of working is going down the pan becasue of this, i had number of users asking me to delete them becasue my forum is a virus...

Also, remove what SLGray suggested, it might be the one causing the problem.

they not on my forum they are other formotion forum that as blacklisted all forum with the same sub-domain every forumotion forum that ends with .niceboard.com is blacklisted i have show proof of this

These are all what appearer to be spamming forums,and not all niceboard domains.All forums/links above have seemed to now been shut down from onlineguardian.

I use avast pro, and i have nothing at all come up on your forum, are you allowing traffic? If so turn that off and do not allow that, also try what slg has said. Other then that we will have to have sanket take a look at this and pass it on to a pro admin as well to look in to.

I tried logging onto my forum using Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer. This gave me about five minutes to get onto my site & check the admin panel. Nothing wrong in admin panel & no spammers on the forum also the 7 day block for new members is still active.
However now Google Chrome using Norton has blocked me from getting to the forum page with the same warning notice. Norton are very clever in making things very difficult for me or anyone else trying to lodge a complaint.
I have followed the instructions for Website owners & the detailed report is difficult to follow & very confusing.

Well i remember i had a 60 day full trial version or Norton that came with a new lab-top, within a couple days i had removed it and added a different virus protection. I just did not like it and know many others that that feel the same way. Whatever the case i do not see what would give them the right to just go head and start blacklisting domains from a forum free host as large as forumotion are. I mean when it comes to free forum hosting forumotion is probably the largest in the world, so i dont understand it, dont understand why there would not be a way for you to allow any URL that may be getting blocked as well.

Anyway i have passed this on to sanket's office for him to come in and take a look, then will most likely have to be passed on to a pro admin

you may go to the french support forum they seem to know about the problem find out the 2 forums and give them it they will get someone to delete them

they are most likely spam bots and will do it to all host and sites it is able to.

This dose not make sense to me, for one we do not know if the techs or godfather have deleted anything, and even if they did that would not have anything to do with a domain no longer being blacklisted, if Norton did indeed blacklist any domains, then that would be on Norton's end and nothing to do with forumotion, so by a tech or godfather shutting down a couple spam forums would not cause any blacklisted domains to be removed from Norton.

However i am a little confused about the whole thing anyway. This has been passed on to sanket to have a look at and we will get a pro admin as well. But as far as what you are saying now it seems your problem is resolved???

zen from the french support forum past all my information info i found on to godfather or the tech.

all .niceboard.com must be on the same sever that why norton blacklisted them all becasue when they deleted the spam my forums it was safe to use again so they all must be on the same server IMO.
