prefix to usernames Empty prefix to usernames

How do I add a prefix before certain users usernames? Like putting it before their username without changing the login username. Say the user name was Admin and i wanted the prefix to be [Admin] but I want to login like username: Admin
instead of [Admin]Admin . How would I go about this? HTML or CSS?
