Did you associate your two accounts?

Profile > Preferences
Associate Account With Facebook

New members who create an account with Facebook Connect will not have to associate their accounts, but any member before you activated it will have to associate their accounts.

Mine says "your account is linked." But I can't log in using the FB login either.

I think you have to set up a facebook id for that as well, there should be a ID or code FB provides you to place somewhere during the modules activation?

I will have to look, i remember when the option was added i set it up once but dint like it and got rid of it. i will test it on one of my test forums to see whats what as well.
