Chat Box Issue

Hello. I have a member on my site who is having trouble with our chat. I've tried to help them as I think it is just their computer but still no luck. I wonder if perhaps there is a problem with our site that is only causing it to not work on their computer.

We are using phpbb2. I can also provide a link to our site, if that may be of any additional help.

I appreciate any assistance I get. Thanks.

Is the member using Internet Explorer? Have they tried changing browsers?

Yeah. I spoke to them about it and they've tried using IE as well as Firefox. I mentioned that Chrome might help if all else fails.

Yeah tell them to change browsers. And check there settings on there tools if that doesn't work check your site with a quick search

Could you describe the exact problem please? Has any one else mentioned a problem? If they have already tried it on a few browsers it is probably not a browser thing, though it wouldn't hurt to try chrome. Your using the regular forumotion chatbox right not a different one?

Also could you provide a link to the forum? Or PM it to me if you prefer to not post it publicly. I prefer to see things first hand personally...
