domain name

I currently waiting for deletion of my domain but its taking awfully long. I need a new domain ASAP.

Okay my domain was removed BUT NOW i found out I have to rebuy a domain for 1600 credits when i deleted my domain no WARNING was shown! I wanted to change my domain and not waste 1600 credits i mean i got my domain for less then 1 month.

Either you guys give me back my credits that were still left of those 11 months or otherwise I'm moving my host, this is really bad service.

I expected when deleting my domain that I could just change my domain to a new one. but NO WARNING WAS SHOWN THAT I WOULD LOSE MY CREDITS!

I want compensation ASAP I need a new domain now i have been waitinf for 12 days for this deletion I posted a question here while it was still deleting and nothing was comunicated to me I also tried contacting Leeloo but he still didn't read my PM! And i saw Sanko had the abillity to answer the other problems  and SLGray moved my topic but no one cared about my Topic. This is bad service.

The support forum FAQ DID NOT HAVE any information about deleting domains.

I feel badly informed about the system of forum motion I searched on forum motion about deletion of your domain but no information was anywhere. neither about the credits loss neither about losing the abillity to chose a domain. I tried asking information but no answer was given. So clearly the fault is with forum motion there should have been a warning message or more information on the forum FAQ about deleting domains!

So this is Forummotions fault and not mine.

If i don't get answer withing 5 work days i will post my story on Facebook twitter and Google plus. So that other possible clients will think twice before taking a forum here.

It is not possible to remove already purchased credits. It's also not possible to transfer them to another forum.

You have to delete the domain name you do not want, then purchase another one.

Sir; purchase? I parchased a domain No where there was told that if you delete your domain you lose your credits you spended on that domain i payed 1600 credits for a domain for 18 days then we had to change name clan name bacause it was stolen. now you tell me have to pay another 1600 credits for changing my domain?

Are you guys [Language] serious? at other hosting sites they have a button change domain!

I want to be compensated or I'm never buying anything here anymore. This way of conversation to users is unrespectfull and unfair have you guys even read my full topic?

I'm still using the same forum i just deleted the PAYED DOMAIN because i wanted it to be changed i thought that was possible without losing credits because there was no information on the deletion and used the search term "delete, deletion, ect" none gave me results to what i wanted to know. but the normal domain sync-gaming.forumclan.com still exists... if you thin that i deleted my forum you don't get it I think....

I want to speak to someone who can refund my domain credits 1500 i think thats even less then i actually should get if I only hade my domain for like 20-28 days.

You do need to repurchase a domain name, I think its the same with Godaddy, if you buy a domain name and decide you don't want it you can't just switch to another one, you have to buy that domain.

I found no information about deleting your domain on the forum faq. If that was the case i would understand tis dicussion. I thought if i delete my domain i can change it.

If more information was give before i pressed delete or even a warning message when i pressed delete u would understand you but currently. not i don't understand this and i still feel deceived because you guys are not informing you clients good enough.
