Admin password mishap

I just changed my administration accounts password earlier today and now for some reason its not wanting to log in. The password I tried entering is correct but it's not working. I cant send myself the "lost password" because I have "Disallow admin to send new password" on for some reason. I feel really screwed at the moment. Check the email you use in your administrator account

when you request a password change, an email will be sent to you telling you the password
see it and try again, maybe you didnt remember the password correctly ...

 That's one of the key problems in my situation. I've tried doing that but then a message says saying that "disallow admins to send new passwords" is activated, or something like that. I can't even see what my password is because of this.
