How do I get rid of this excess footer?

I created my own footer with required links and all and it was fine for a while. But then all of a sudden a new footer appeared. How do I get rid of it?

I want to get rid of the last line, the one in english.

You can only remove the Forumotion footer by using credits.  It removes most, but there will be some that will not be removed.  The ones left can not be remove at all, not even with codes.

Without using credits, except for adding your own links, to edit the footer, you are breaking the Terms of Service.

I only edited the footer cause it's not in the same language as my forum so my users wouldn't know what the links meant anyway.
At least after changing the footer now they know what's there.

No you can not remove or edit it without using credits.

You can add something to it, but not remove them. You can only remove them by using credits as said above, is this solved?
