User registered but never got email Empty User registered but never got email

Yes i hav a user that says he registered but never got the email in his inbox or junk box and i told him to try re registering but it says his name is in the database. how do i find this?

In "Users & Groups / Users / Inactive Users" you will find a list of inactive users (that have registered, but have not been activated yet).
