Log in - https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ - and check the restore dates.

I should add that backups are done once every 24 hours automatically, all you have to do is select the date you want to go back too.

Reset the ban :
Remove the safety 'Disallow to send a new password' :

It allows members to request a password reset.
