After visiting your forum, it looks like the whole forum is breaking the Terms of Service.  You have PC game downloads, Yahoo items, etc.

Are the downloads made by your members?  If not, then it is not legal to distribute the downloads without permission from the owners of the downloads.  Even if they are free downloads, you can not distribute them without permission.
