All the permissions for what exactly?

Could you tell me what ftp stands for? I have a feeling I know what you're talking about but I want to make sure we're on the same page.

Yes I was thinking that was something along the lines you're talking about. You can't change or adapt the system files for forumotion forums as you don't have access to the servers and what not. So that isn't available, sorry.

Also with regards to your first question above, you've still not made it clear what permissions you're looking for.

Those are the report post buttons

I believe you can find these by going to ACP --> Display --> Pics Management ---> Advanced --> Buttons

I believe in order to see those buttons you need to enable the report system.

ACP --> General --> Reports --> Configuration --> Set to either Moderators or Administrators --> Save

As in the place where the reports go?

ACP --> General --> Reports --> Report List

The forums do not have a warning system, so what warnings are you referring to?

Yes well the forum doesn't have a built in warning system. However you can create one called "Warning Bars"
