forum login problem

after logout of admin why always show administrator do some modification you can't access this forum

Can we have a screenshot, and further explanation of the issue please?
I don't quite grasp it.

Maybe you are set forum in construction.

Log in, Go in Administration panel -> General -> Forum -> Configuration

Find where write forum in construction and choose no.

i cant accesses my forum properly, when i log out then it show administrator is doing some change u can access site

When you are log in, like admin, go in administration panel, and do what I'm say. You can't acess forum if you aren't logged like admin. It's normall, so you need to can log in.

Log in like admin and do what I'm say you.

Ya i flowed your instruction and i went in administration penal then went in general then configuration but forum in construction that option i didn't find why

When you are in configuration you have forum title, decipton, and little down, in same section with that:
forum in construction [] yes [] no

choose no and on end of that section click save.
