Post by superpewpew November 11th 2013, 4:27 pm

Hello, I'm sorry if this doesn't fit in the section but I hope it does!

Okay so this is really, really stupid. But okay, here goes.
A few years ago I deleted my forum which was http://gaminggear.forumotion.com and I sort of deleted the email for the backup/recovery.

And today, I felt like recovering everything again but I don't have the email to recover my forum (I think you need that a long time ago as far as I can remember). I also tried logging in from the forum utilities, but I can't. I can't even recall what my email/pass was and it's devastating.

So is it possible if I want to recover it again?
Can anyone help me out, I know this may not work but it's worth the ask...

I hope my explanation was okay too, English is not my first language but I hope for help from all of you Very Happy

I believe if it has been years that the forum is completely gone now.

If you read his post, he said he has tried logging in via the utilities and it never worked.

Hello

I think it really would be best for you to just make a new forum because Forumotion did have several updates over the past few years, including the templates.

Besides, it does refresh your memories to have it to redo it all over again Wink

I've tried nearly everything, but it still didn't work :/
I think it's possible that I've forgotten the pass, but I can't request for a new pass via email...

it says

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
