You will have to use credits to have the option to edit the templates. Some communities have to use credits. I am guessing you are in one of those communities.

Credits are not free, you will have to buy them. The guidelines is on the link I provided above.

From the message(screenshot) you provided, it seems that your free trial of modifications of the templates have ended, so you will need credits to modify them again.
