Could someone please show me/let me know how I can change settings in my browser to encrypt sign in procedures? Thank you

I believe encryptions are done server side. I don't believe it has anything to do with your browser.

Well what I mean is.

You asked how to make your browser encrypted for connecting/logging into a forum correct? If so, I don't believe you can do that. Encryptions are done via the server that your browser connects to. So anything to do with Encryptions isn't done via browser controls.

Thank you Derri...I was just wondering because the registered members are getting the same thing. Most really don't want to sign in because they think forumotion.com doesn't have a secure sign in for all the affiliated forums.

But I just thought that it might be a setting that I could share with them as well.

Well I'm not an expert on how FM servers work with regards to logging in.

I'll get our Pro Admin who might know more to take a look at this thread when she comes on, on Monday. Hopefully she might be able to give you some more information.

Well I know that the passwords are encrypted.  Is your browser saying the Forumotion is not secure?

It is not possible to have an encrypted https/ login, however, the passwords are securely stored and matched by our Raid25 encription system which is automatic by our servers even though we run it through a http:// login.

SLG, FM is NOT as secure as it can be, for example look at facebook, gmail and a tonne of other websites that require a https/ login page, which is total security from a developers side, with the additional server side security they have to enable a complete lockout.
Compare that to a non secure connection, with server side security.

As Derri perfectly said, encryptions are done server side. This is a very secure system on which technicians are working daily.
Https doesn't mean 100% secure system as many sites are hacking under https protection.

Our service is as secure as any others (Facebook, gmail...)

Yes, my browser is warning me that it is not encrypted, as well as for the other members. My member sign ins have decreased way below numbers. And this really isn't solved.
