Online Guardian Wont let me in the forums

My problem is the same as the topics i have commented on, i get this message
i am just a lowly member of 5 Paint Shop Pro forums, and it all started with this adfly junk , i just want back into my forums i sent Buttercup a PM with 1 forum but i did not want to bomb bard her will all 5 at once so hopefully i can get back into this one then i will send her the others
