Posting problem

When i try to preview my topic it wont let me preview? lol Any help would be nice

I'm sorry for posting here, but I have a serious problem.
I don't know why, but on any forumotion site, I can't post a new topic, as well as numerous other problems.
The chatbox isn't working, I can't send or respond to PMs, I can't start new topics, and the scrolling message board at the top of the page is even messed up. All I can do for some reason is post in pre-existing threads.
I'm in desperate need of help; I've tried the forum on Firefox, Chrome, and Internet explorer; I've cleared my cache and cookies on all of them; I've updated Java and uninstalled and reinstalled it; I've reinstalled all of the listed browsers; I've restarted my laptop after having a virus scan and clean, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I'm currently the only person on the site of mine that is experience this issue. Please help.
