I have two questions

OK i downloaded a skin for my froum but it comes out as default, how do i change the text in the title and stuff, and how do i add anouncements and stickeys

i dont know too!
how i add announcements ? T_T

when you post new topic, there in the bottom there is an option =>> normal or sticky or announcement.

Dude, i dont see anything that says normal or sticky,send me a screenshot

Note that this options only appear to you when you create a new topic or edit the first post of a topic.Click on the "+" icon and then you will see the "Post topic as:" options and you can choose between Normal, Sticky or Announcement.
