Multiple Memberships
Hello,
Over a number of weeks I seem to have members doing multiple memberships. I am aware that my fellow admin members have had log in issues with a very slow forum. However I have had two members that have been on my site since July 2011 & May 2013. However last weekend they both done multiple memberships & still logged on my site using their two accounts. I did PM them one of which did read but both failed to answer my question on log in problems.
Has any other forums had log in issues & members registering a second account
I have decided to delete the latest accounts
Regards
Cassini

Re: Multiple Memberships
Usually, i personally don't allow second accounts. If someone has problems logging in they can send Administrator a contact message asking them for new password (because it is faster) and log in easily.
Re: Multiple Memberships
Thanks for the reply Marios94
Yes I agree but unfortunately some multiple members are crafty by
making subtle changes to e-mail address or the user name. However I have just been going through 60 pages of members & deleted six so far.

Re: Multiple Memberships
If they want to change name or email tell them to give some points (for example 10 points each) and you can change them through the Administrator Panel.

Re: Multiple Memberships
Members creating multiple accounts is not a bug/glitch.
