Someone is spamming my forum now with reporting fake abuses I have his/her IP what must I do now?

Well, there is no way to stop guests from using the report an abuse link.

He/she havent an account as guest spamming with Report Abuse link. I have banned his/her IP Pool now.

Banning will only stop him/her from registering.  Anyone can use the report an abuse link.
