NOW asking for security code! Mouse Flickers And Does it's Own Thing on Forum

Upon going to my forum my pointer arrow starts flashing and disappears on and off.
If I go to my tools menu and click delete browsing while it is doing this it disappears all together (mouse pointer arrow that is) from the screen.

Hi,
I viewed your forum (topics and board) and at all times my mouse pointer was available and never disappeared once. Have you tried another browser?

My forum is stil doing the same thing only after I have signed in.
I have done as suggested to clear the cache and it continues to have the same problem.
This happens at NO other places on the web.
Also I SEE that after I have signed in within a matter of under a min. I have another member (it reads) that joins in but is not signed in. It also jumps to showing 2 guests have joined in.
These 2 keepers (members on line and guests) only increase after I have signed in. Majority of the time I am the only one on my forum when I go there.
Now after being signed in and trying to post it is asking me to enter the security code given before I can post!

Hello marvin,
By what I can see from your profile, you're using Internet Explorer. When this occurs are there adverts with animations, or mouse interactive ads ? If so this is the cause, IE has some issues with such adverts and when those adverts are present the mouse will begin to flicker.

Thanks for your reply!
So how can this be fixed as it still is doing the same thing.

I am not too familiar with IE, but seeing that this is specifically an IE problem Microsoft should look into fixing that. The only thing I could really recommend is using another browser, or when the issue occurs reload the page so another advert displays which doesn't affect the cursor.
